After the molten glass is ready, Eco.Vitriva takes the process further with hands‑on artistry. Reclaimed glass is cut into different shapes and sizes, depending on the purpose of the new product — whether that’s glassware, table lamps, décor pieces, or other functional designs. These cut pieces are then heated, moulded, blown, fused, or shaped into their final form with precision and creativity. Each item is cooled slowly, polished, inspected, and finished by hand to ensure durability, beauty, and unique character.

This way of working is vital because it reduces energy consumption significantly in glass production. Using cullet lowers CO₂ emissions and reduces the need for raw materials like sand and limestone.
