The journey of transformation
The journey of Eco.Vitriva glass piece begins with a discarded bottle, which finds its second life the moment it's collected. It's then meticulously sorted by colour and thoroughly cleaned to remove labels and contaminants. The glass is crushed into small pieces, known as cullet, which melt far more efficiently than raw materials, conserving energy.
This cullet is then heated in a furnace until it becomes molten glass, ready to be reshaped. At Eco.Vitriva, this molten glass is transformed with great care and intention — moulded or intricately crafted into a new, useful, and beautiful piece that carries both character and purpose. What once was waste becomes something to cherish again — a simple, circular journey from discard to design.
